I read books so you don’t have to…

I have been an avid reader for most of my life (thanks mom and dad for not having a TV in our house!) and these days I have a strong reading practice of self-help and therapy related books. I have been finding that I gather all of the knowledge, feel very excited about implementing what I have learned, and then within a few weeks I have moved onto the next thing.

This blog is here to help me keep track of what I am learning, and to have some tools and helpful articles that anyone can have access to - whether we have an ongoing counselling relationship, or even if you just stumbled across my site. I am a firm believer in sharing knowledge, there is no secret sauce or need to keep this learning to myself. We all integrate knowledge differently, and I hope this helps both you and me.

If you have any suggestions for books you would like me to read and write an article on, I would be happy to take your recommendations into consideration.
